After starting her career as an M&A auditor at PWC, Marina Baillon spent 9 years as a headhunter in the finance and IT functions of a UK firm. She then went on to manage and develop Smartside, a consultancy specialising in organisational storytelling. Today, she has set up Brion Beloff, a headhunting consultancy that combines recruitment and storytelling to ensure that recruitment contributes to a company’s reputation.
Marina Baillon is a former M&A consultant at PWC, then a headhunter in finance and IT roles for a major UK firm over a 9-year period. She then joined Smartside, the number 1 storytelling consultancy. Today, with Brion Beloff, she is adding a reputation dimension to headhunting.
